Excellent dental practice and superb services. The entire team is fabulous but my favourite dentist Barzy is leaving... soon. Well, I want to wish him good luck in his future endeavours and surely, he’ll be missed.I'm glad our Lovely Christine isn't going anywhere, such an amazing manager, always greets me with a beautiful smile and I always ask her beauty secrets.Not to forget, sweet Shumaila who is a dedicated receptionist, listens carefully and answers appropriately.I'm glad to be registered in this dental practice. I cannot say enough kind words about Rayner Dental Care. I have been a regular patient here since I’ve had my teeth as... a kid.This practice is simply brilliant and a very welcoming environment.The service from receptionists (Christine), nurses, hygienists and dentists (Ehmen a lovely dentist) has always been second to none. I always feel extremely well cared for here. My best interests come first, all options/treatments/materials used etc. are explained fully and costed in advance.read more

Used to love Mr n Mrs Rayner ... they use to make you feel like it's a family practice lovly to get see a glimpse of... her today.. New owner mangers seem to be money makers I guess yes in this day and age there is alot of competition so hardly do blame them but its not hard to keep the warmly family value the place use to have which I feel no longer has such a shame. 3rd visit with Emily, as a new patient, with many problems, from missing, loose and broken (close to gum the line)... teeth. Had 3 removed on 2nd visit, and 2 today (the broken ones).. numbness wore of a couple of hours ago, no discomfort or pain. I keep getting messages for check up appointments would not go back if it was free - had 3 appointments in total had... been made to wait for the first two after I had arrived - 1st appointment they did a check of my mouth and didn’t really pay attention to my concerns until I consistently spoke about them - apparently they couldn’t see them on the x ray - arrived late for the third one (which I rang to advise them of) arrived with no other patient in the building so they had no other appointments that afternoon I’m assuming to then be told I was late by the receptionist (who said this to me as though I was a poor puppy and whilst pronouncing my name wrong) then was advised I would need to pay a late fee and that I had lost my deposit so yes not happy with the service. I expected more from them considering they had 5 stars on here but sadly I did not receive the services received by othersSecond star due to cleanliness other than that I was not happyread more
