Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know in advance. If you miss more than two consecutive appointments or 2 appointments in a year, we will no longer offer you dental care.

We strongly encourage our patients to attend regularly in order to achieve and maintain good oral health. Please note that if you do not visit the practice for 3 years or longer, your place will be allocated to somebody else.
