Mental Health Awareness Week 2021
This week is Mental Health Awareness week.
Research from the Mental Health Awareness Foundation has shown that doing exercise outside and enjoying nature are some of the top coping strategies for mental health.
Tom is a big believer in this. When not with his family or at the practices, you will find him on his bike enjoying the English countryside! He feels that taking some quiet time to reflect in natural surroundings using all our senses can be a real boost.
